Nicole guide to.... well being me =DD

CHAPTER ONE

Getting a "perfect" body

CONFESSION
I love flaunting my body, but there is seriously alot of things I would like to change about my body
i mean
who doesn't? ?

anyway, this post is dedicated to the people who is always bugging me for tips

and i'm glad to share all my secrets!
only now everyone will look better then me =(

TIP 1
know your "strengths" and "weeknesses"

choose a part of your body which you think is best
and then
wear clothes that compliment it

For those lucky ones with big boobs which comes with a "round" stomach
I advice pretty tops that show off your clevage
and then loose around the sides and stomache area to hide the stomache
eg.. baby doll tops work well =)

If you are short like me
super short shorts and mini skirts
or anything high waisted
It will show off your fantastic legs
and give people the impression of hight
DONT wear those superlong dress/skirts

I quite like my ass and hip area
If you have a nice bubble butt
DONT wear super tight fit skirts
i tried.. OMG.. bad bad bad choice
Low rise jeans are the BEST
anything that you can wear on your hips
well you would risk flashing abit of your butt to people
but hey
who cares?

TIP 2
EXERCISE

-HOOLA HOOP
I have a hoola hoop at home
I occationally do hoola hoops while watching TV

-SIT UPS
a big must
Confession
I actually have stomach muscles.. so listen to me!

However I must put up a disclaimer
Sit ups and ALL stomache exercise WONT help youo get rid of stomache fat
It just builds the muscles under

You know what works BEST?
My biggest secret
SUCK YOUR STOMACHE IN
just do it
It burns carbs
Make you seam like you have a super flat stomache
AND help burn ABIT of the stomache fats and builds the abs

if you are asking
" isnt that cheating ? "
well too bad.. no one is THAT perfect

- SPORTS
Is good
I love sports
but not everyone does.. SOOOO
do FUN "sports"

eg.. Shopping!
dont be a princess and make your boyfriend carry your handbag or shopping bags
CARRY THEM YOURSELVES

BEACHING
playing around in the water
volleyball
even just walking in the sand
who ever knew that was exercise
PLUS
you get a nice tann =DD

AND AND AND
if you are really into it
pick up water sports
eg. my fav BODY BOARDING and JET SKI-ing

TIP 3
Watch what you eat

NO CRASH DIETS
DONT starve yourself
the key word is B A L A N C E

- Drink plenty of water

- Eat plenty of fruits and vege

- CHICKEN!

- Instead of white bread, eat whole grain break etc
all the "healthier choice" type of food

- MINIMUM chocolate, ice cream etc

COKE AND ALL SOFT DRINKS ARE EVIL!
high in sugar and BAD FOR YOUR SKIN
all those excess carbon dioxide in there
tsk tsk

BUT
occationally... Fast food and unhealthy food is GOOD
because face it
we NEED fats
in some areas
esp girls
haha

- NO CARBS OR FATTY FOODS AFTER 8
strict rule

- Beer = bad

- other types of alcohol = good for your system and blood flow

- If you can, eat less for dinner

If all fails..
there is always photoshop! =x
