Nicole's tips on How To Loose Weight
Post dedicated to Adeline =)
well i dont find myself particularly thin
and neither am i 100% happy with my body
but here are some of the methods I use to maintain my figure
1. All fast food esp Macdonalds = EVIL
try to cut out as much fast food as possible from your diet, it works wonders
2. Reduce intake of chocolate/items with high sugar content
I love chocolate, but save it for the weekend, or a rainy day
3. No eating after 8pm
unless of course you are planning to party the night away
otherwise, all the food will turn stright into fats
4. Play sports
I play alot of sports its fun and good way to loose weight
5. DANCE BABY
need I say more?
partying is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle
6. sit ups and hoola hoops
easy, and you can do it while watching tv, awsome
7. Cut down on carbo intake
carbo = energy giving food such as rice, noodles, bread etc
unused energy will turn into fat
so if you know you are going to laze at home all day ,
or you are eating a late dinner and planning to go to bed soon
down eat so much carbo.
8. Drink plenty of water. take fruits and vegetables!
Celery sticks are awsome, you burn off fat just by eating them.
this is 100% true fact, backed up by professional dietitians
9. Have many small meals
it helps to keep the digestive system going and you burn off fats while digesting food.
never ever ever starve yourself and then eat alot
its really bad
10. Dont drink drinks high in sugar content
Drinking alot of sugary drinks like coke is just like liquid fats that go stright to your stomache and thighs

its okay to have abit of fat here and there
and its always important to indulge in yummy fatty foods sometimes
but if you are desperate to loose weight
then hopefully my method works for you

so its good to get to know your body type and what you have to work on
